  • Mindful Meditation (on Zoom)

A weekly 25-30 minute lightly guided meditation using different anchors (breath, body scans, sounds) in an effort to create conscious awareness.

  • Intro to Mindful Meditation (Series)

A four week introductory class in Mindful Meditation where you can ‘try on’ different meditation anchors to help focus the mind and hone awareness.

  • Mindful Movement (In-Studio)

A 75 minute class combining meditative Qigong, Hatha yoga, and mindful meditation using props to enhance strength and increase flexibility.
